Dr. Grace Woo, O.D.
Dr. Grace Woo is a certified optometric physician who specializes in full-scope optometry, including primary care, ocular disease treatment and management, pre-operative and post-operative surgical care. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Woo obtained a Bachelor of science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario, and completed her Doctorate of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Dr. Woo has been in practice for over 17 years and is a member of the American Optometric Association, and the New Jersey State Optometric Association. She is an active speaker on vision care topics, including the The Glaucoma Foundation, and community health programs and screenings for senior communities.
Dr. William Fridel, O.D.
Dr. Fridel is a therapeutically certified optometric physician providing vision examinations, contact lenses, therapeutic eye care, medical management, and referral services for various ocular conditions and surgical care. Dr Fridel and the Optometric Arts staff are all very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our industry. We will be more than happy to assist you with your eye care needs.
Dr. Erika Melchiorre, O.D., FAAO
Dr. Erika Melchiorre is a residency-trained optometric physician that provides full scope eye care to our patients in Jersey City. Dr. Melchiorre graduated from DePauw University and continued her
education at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.
Upon graduation, she went on to complete an ocular disease and primary
care residency at the Illinois Eye Institute. Furthering her academic
career, she completed the Fellowship process and is recognized as a
Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr Melchiorre is continually active in the eye care field. She is a
member of the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of
Optometrists, and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Panos Karageorgiou, O.D.
Dr. Panos received his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and his Doctor of Optometry from the SUNY State College of Optometry. Upon graduation, he received the Canadian Schnurmacher award, Adolph and Ruth Schurmacher Foundation Merit Scholarship, and the S.R. Mario Family Foundation scholarship. He completed his internship training at Aran Ophthalmology in Miami, FL, and the VA Medical Center in Tucson, AZ, and the Ezra Pediatric Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Karageorgiou continues to deliver the highest level of vision care and eye health.
Dr. Anthony Rusignuolo, O.D.
Dr. Anthony joined the Optometric Arts team in the summer of 2011. As a primary eye care provider, Dr. Anthony is an integral part of our health care practice. In 2000, he gradutated with a Bachelor of Science from Rowan University in Camden, New Jersey, and continued on to receive his graduate degree from Nova Southeastern College of Optometry, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Anthony served an internship at a specialty clinic, focusing on contact lenses, pediatrics, ocular disease and low vision therapy. Dr. Anthony's expertise lies in refraction, hard-to-fit contact lenses, and pediatrics.

Jillian joined our Optometric Arts team November 2018. She is a 2010 graduate of Montclair State University, with a major in Family & Child Studies concentrating on Elementary Education. After teaching for six years, she decided she was ready for a change, and pursued her interest with a career in the optical field. Her background on educating and working with children has become one of her greatest assets here since she delivers great service to our patients both infants and adults.
